I’ve had my share of travels but I’ve always used my phone to take photos. The photos look okay but okay is not enough especially when I upload it on my blog. As seen on the photos below, I don’t get maximum quality photos with it. I just edited all of it so it at least gives out more structure and texture but it’s still different when taken with a good camera like Sony Alpha A5000 – yup I say it like it’s the standard. Nowadays, it’s easier to capture great pictures with the mirrorless revolution and sony has been my trusted brand when it comes to quality photos. So why Sony Alpha A5000?
I wanted to do something new to my hair and coloring it light is one of the things I haven’t done. I was nervous ’cause I know my mom’s gonna kill me and I am not sure if it suits me but still I decided to try.
I just have this habit of buying a lot of cute notebooks, pens and folders even if I don’t have anything to use it with. But now that I’m busy with work and business, I need a lot of notebooks and these cute ones also inspire me to work. I just need a new planner. I heard Starbucks’s upcoming new planner is good so I need to earn my stickers already. Need my frapuccino now. Later!
We’ve been hearing about this technology that they use in making accessories and even clothing details in the fashion industry. Now it can create a dress or clothing, in general, that mimics a fabric’s characteristics promoting comfortability and ease of movement as it follows the body’s shape and motion. So what’s making this buzz?3D PRINTING or the process of ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING.
Even though I am not with Coke anymore, I am still attached to the company and the brand. Besides, my circle grew as I have made a lot of friends and connections in the company. My friend invited me and gave me tickets to the Coca-cola Bottle Art Event and it was all worth going to! I really did enjoy and because I do appreciate art that much. I went with my friends Precious and Marielle and saw more friends inside. I did miss Coke and the people. :>
Makeup by Amber Tan (Right Photo – Sorry I blinked)
As I mentioned in my previous blog, I will also introduce you to our makeup artist for the Breonne Clothing photo shoot: Amber Angeles Tan. She is actually my friend and batch mate in college and good thing she started her makeup career so I didn’t have to find a makeup artist. Found her in time for the shoot. HAHA. Plus I also wanted to support her. ❤
It’s never an option, it was not planned, it just happens. Solo parents didn’t expect and mean to be a ‘single parent’, watching and growing kids on their own, living without a spouse, balancing their time for work and family, sacrificing things they want to do and dealing with (sometimes) a complicated love life. They have bigger responsibilities, filling in the absence of the other parent and acting as a mother at the same time a father. Even the separation with the partner is a tough decision but for me, if it ‘s not working anymore, your relationship will affect the people surrounding you especially your children. Yes, thinking about the sake of your children is the first thing BUT would it also help if they see their parents together but not in good terms being awkward and cold to each other. We wouldn’t want them to bring that as they grow up because we still want them to believe that having a happy and loving family can happen. Continue reading “Started Young: A Single Mom’s Dilemma”→
Tangled indeed are my thoughts and emotions, not to mention the pressure of seeing time pass by so fast that everything blurs and the next thing you’d feel, you’re running out of time. But I actually think I still manage to keep my..self together. ♦
